Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base is your first step in solving any issue you may encounter. This allows you to search existing support topics regarding course functions and general licensing.
If not within a course, simply click Help at the lower right of the screen.
To access the Help Center from within a course, click the Question Mark (?) in the upper right of the screen to access the Knowledge Base.
Chat
If you were unable to locate an answer to your question in the Knowledge Base, you can reach out to our Support Team by chat. Our team will do all they can to assist you with your request.
If not within a course, simply click Help at the lower right of the screen and then click Live Chat.
To access the chat from within a course, click the Question Mark (?) in the upper right of the screen. Select the "Chat With Us" option in the lower right of the screen to compose your message, and enter to send.
After-Hours Ticket
If you are needing assistance outside our regular business hours, the Chat option mentioned above will appear as "Leave Us a Message" or click "Contact Us" at the bottom of the website. You will again compose your message and submit your request. Our Support Team will respond when our offices reopen or, in the case of content-related questions, within 1 business day.
