The Knowledge Base is your first step in solving any issue you may encounter. This allows you to search existing support topics regarding course functions and general licensing.
To access the Help Center from within a course, click the Question Mark (?) in the upper right of the screen to access the Knowledge Base.
Chat
If you were unable to locate an answer to your question in the Knowledge Base, you can reach out to our Support Team by chat or email at adbhelp@adbanker.com. Our team will do all they can to assist you with your request.
Simply click at the lower right of the screen and then start new chat, fill out the information in the prompts and click 'Start Chat!'
After-Hours Ticket
If you need assistance, outside of our regular business hours, send your request to adbhelp@adbanker.com . Our Support Team will respond when our offices reopen or, in the case of content-related questions, within 1 business day.
