If not within a course, simply click Help at the lower right of the screen.
To access the Help Center from within a course, click the Question Mark (?) in the upper right of the screen to access the Knowledge Base.
If you were unable to locate an answer to your question in the Knowledge Base, you can reach out to our Support Team by chat. Our Customer Service Team provides online chat from 8am - 5pm Central Time. Our Support Team will do all they can to assist you on your request.
If not within a course, simply click Help at the lower right of the screen and then click Live Chat.
To access chat from within a course, click the Question Mark (?) in the upper right of the screen and then the Chat With Us button in the lower right of the screen, compose your message and press enter to begin your chat.
If you are needing assistance outside our regular business hours, the Chat option above will appear as Leave Us a Message. You will again compose your message and submit your request. Our Support Team will respond when our offices reopen or, in the case of content related questions, within 1 business day.
