If you are having any issues in the course, whether with content or the application itself, we encourage you to review the support options available. To do this, click the Question Mark (?) in the upper right of the screen to access the Help Center.
The Help Center is your first step in solving any issue you may encounter.
The first option is to review the Frequently Asked Questions. Clicking this option expands the details for the most common application issues encountered and recommended actions to take in resolving.
If your question was not answered, or deals entirely with content, the second option allows you to submit a ticket to our support team for review and response. If your question deals with course content, and does not pertain to any issue in the application, select Issue with Content. If your question deals with an issue in the application, and does not pertain to any specific content within the course, select Issue with Application.
Provide details regarding your concern so that we can properly address your needs. Full details regarding your progress in the course and enrollment details will be automatically included with the ticket, so you do not have to reiterate these items in the ticket details.
Once your message is complete, click Submit Support Ticket. Our team will review your concerns and provide response within 24 hours.
