Requests to update/change an order can be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting our Customer Care Team at 800-866-2468. A representative will review your request and confirm actions available.
Examples of changes:
- Adding new learning tools
- Changing your method of study (online course, classroom, webinar, self study by manual)
- Your enrollment contained errors in your personal details or product purchased
- Rescheduling your classroom or webinar session
