Requests to update/change an order can be made by email to email@example.com or by contacting our Customer Care Team at 800-866-2468. A representative will review your request and confirm actions available.
Examples of changes:
- Adding new learning tools
- Changing your method of study (online course, classroom, webinar, self study by manual)
- Your enrollment contained errors in your personal details or product purchased
- Rescheduling your classroom or webinar session

My original email with AD Banker was firstname.lastname@example.org. That email is no longer available. My new email is email@example.com. I'm hoping the link to the several classes I just purchased will be sent to the new email. Any suggestions? My first class is the Ethics webinar class starts Thursday 2/16 at 9:30am PST class.
