Requests to update/change orders can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact our Customer Care Team at 800-866-2468. A representative will review your request and confirm the options available.
Examples of changes:
- Adding new learning tools
- Changing your method of study (online course, classroom, webinar, self-study by manual)
- Your enrollment contained errors in your personal details or product purchased
- Rescheduling your classroom or webinar session

My original email with AD Banker was email@example.com. That email is no longer available. My new email is firstname.lastname@example.org. I'm hoping the link to the several classes I just purchased will be sent to the new email. Any suggestions? My first class is the Ethics webinar class starts Thursday 2/16 at 9:30am PST class.
