Orders & Confirmation

Upon placing an order, whether online or over the phone, you will receive confirmation and a copy of your receipt of purchase by email. This confirmation email would be received within minutes if the order was placed by phone, and within 90 minutes if placed online during business hours. Online orders placed outside business hours will not receive confirmation until the following business day. 

While confirmations may be delayed, online products are available immediately on the student's Dashboard.  For orders received prior to 2pm Central Time, physical materials will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm Central Time may not ship until the following business day.
