Refund requests can be made by email to adbhelp@adbanker.com or by contacting our Customer Care Team at 800-866-2468. The following conditions apply:
Online Products - Refunds for online products must be requested within 72 hours of purchase. Online products will be deactivated upon receipt of a refund request. No more than one chapter can be accessed to be eligible for a refund. Refunds for online course take up to 7-10 business days to process.
Classes & Webinars - Refunds for webinars and classes must be requested 48 hours before the webinar/class start date. Webinars and classes not canceled or not attended will be billed and the student will be provided with a six-month window to attend. Refunds for webinars take up to 7-10 business days to process.
Shipping/Handling Fees - Once products have left our offices, shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
Physical Materials - Refunds for physical products will be issued upon the product's return, in new condition (unmarked and suitable for resale), and must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase to the address below. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
