Governing Law
This User Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas applicable to contracts made and performed there without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the State of Kansas and Johnson County and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend the A.D. Banker website or terminate this User Agreement at any time without notice for any reason, including, in the case of the User Agreement, for your violation of any of its provisions. The Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability and Governing Law sections of this User Agreement shall survive any such termination.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Refund requests can be made by email to adbhelp@adbanker.com or by contacting our Customer Care Team at 800-866-2468. The following conditions apply:
Online Products - Refunds for online products must be requested within 72 hours of purchase. Online products will be deactivated upon receipt of a refund request. No more than one chapter can be accessed to be eligible for a refund.
Classes & Webinars - Refunds for webinars and classes must be requested 48 hours before the webinar/class start date. Webinars and classes not canceled or not attended will be billed and the student will be provided with a six-month window to attend.
Shipping/Handling Fees - Once products have left our offices, shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
Physical Materials - Refunds for physical products will be issued upon the product's return, in new condition (unmarked and suitable for resale), and must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase to the address below. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Existence Of The Student Protection Fund
KRS 165A.450 requires each school licensed by the Kentucky Commission on Proprietary Education to contribute to a Student Protection Fund which will be used to pay off debt incurred due to the closing of a school, discontinuance of a program, loss of license, or loss of accreditation by a school or program.
Process For Filing A Claim Against The Student Protection Fund
To file a claim against the Student Protection Fund, each person filing must submit a completed �Form for Claims Against the Student Protection Fund.� This form can be found on the website at www.kcpe.ky.gov
