Overview
Web classes, specific to Securities prelicensing education, are offered weekly and are held through the platform, WebEx. Webex allows you to experience the classroom from wherever you are. An instructor will guide you through the material using examples from first-hand experience. This allows you to get a better understanding of the securities concepts and immediate answers to any questions you might have. Microphones and webcams are not required.

When launching WebEx, you will "run as a temporary application" instead of downloading software. The program will open a new window on your computer, and you will select how you would like to hear audio and "Join".
Using The Software
There are two main functions to use while attending the webinar, Chat and Settings. Chat is used to communicate with the instructor and ask questions. The settings are to toggle your audio settings if you are having technical issues with audio. Microphones and webcams are disabled for all attendees by default.
- Event Info- Located at the top of the window and displays the call-in information and other webinar information
- Chat - The chat feature is located on the right side of the screen. You can click the arrow to the right of the word "Chat" to expand or collapse. Chat messages should be sent to "All Panelists" to ensure that each panelist receives the chat messages.
- Toggle Audio Settings - Audio can be toggled from computer audio to phone call audio. These settings are found in the "Audio & Video" at the top of the circle, with the eclipses at the bottom
